Toastmaster of the Year Award for 2021-2022

This award recognizes one (1) Toastmaster whose dedication, commitment, and efforts significantly contributed towards achieving the Mission of the District. This individual is someone who embodies the Toastmasters promise and is always working toward their next education and leadership goal. This individual promotes and encourages their fellow members to work the Toastmasters program. This member should have been very active in multiple aspects of their club(s) as well as District level activities such as TLI’s, Contests, and Conferences. This person should constantly be striving to not only better themselves but those around them and embodies the true Toastmasters Spirit.

 

Area Director of the Year Award for 2021-2022

This award recognizes an Area Director whose dedication, commitment, and Area team significantly contributed towards achieving the Mission of the District. This District officer should have reached out on a regular basis to assist all the members and clubs in their Area and should have been available to them whenever called upon to serve. They should have attended TLI’s, District Executive Committee Meetings, the Summit,  Annual Conference, and hosted an Area Speech Contest. They should have conducted Area Council meetings on a regular basis and communicated with other District Officers and Staff in an effort to achieve the goals of their Area. This individual should embody the qualities of a true Servant Leader.

 

Division Director of the Year Award for 2021-2022

This award recognizes a Division Director whose dedication, commitment, and Division team significantly contributed towards achieving the Mission of the District. This District officer should have reached out on a regular basis to assist their Area Directors as well as the clubs and members in their Division and should have been available to them whenever called upon to serve. They should have attended TLI’s, District Executive Committee Meetings, the Summit, Annual Conference, assisted with their Area Directors’ Speech Contests, and hosted a Division Speech Contest. They should have conducted Division Council meetings on a regular basis and communicated with other District Officers and Staff in an effort to achieve the goals of their Division.  This individual should embody the qualities of a true Servant Leader.
