The following information has been received regarding voting at the club level
A member can vote on any matter of club business while they attend the club meeting with the use of an online meeting platform. The member is considered present and part of the quorum as long as the member remains connected to the meeting software for the entire duration of the club business meeting. For example, the member may not log on just to vote, then log off; their votes would not count as they did not attend the entire business session. As a reminder, at the club level, the use of proxy holding, or voting by email or other absentee voting measures are not allowed. Only the members attending the business session live may vote. Please feel free to direct any other questions about club-level voting to the Club Quality and Service team, at clubquality@toastmasters.org.
