I want to express my gratitude to all the dedicated Area and Division Directors of the current term. It has been an incredible journey, and I am grateful for the opportunity to join each of you. Throughout this experience, I have gained invaluable knowledge and insights.
One highlight for me was our first gathering in Mineral Wells. It was a chance for us to connect on a personal level and get to know one another better. Engaging in a game where we searched for and accomplished various tasks brought us closer as a team. It showed the beauty of teamwork, reminding us that we are not alone on this journey; we are united as a team.
Our division team was exceptional, exemplifying a strong bond. Together, we selected amazing themes and organized fantastic contests, always ready to lend a helping hand to one another. I witnessed Division Directors collaborating seamlessly with their Area Directors during challenging times, showcasing the true essence of teamwork and support, even in the face of difficulties.
I understand upcoming Area and Division Directors will face their own set of challenges as they strive to create outstanding themes and organize memorable conferences. However, they can rest assured we will be there to assist them whenever needed. Our cohesive teamwork and dedication were evident by our presence at every contest, particularly during our Division Contest. We stood by one another, and our collective efforts made a difference. Let us eagerly anticipate the achievements of our next team in the upcoming year.
Another aspect I appreciated was our District Executive Committee (DEC) meetings. Witnessing each Division Director share updates about their respective groups was inspiring. These sessions were filled with ingenious ideas and creative presentations – some sang, others transformed into buzzing bees, and a few even presented as if they were broadcasting professionals. Each meeting was a source of new knowledge and abundant fun.
Being a Division Director is undoubtedly challenging, as it requires us to radiate positivity and collaborate effectively to enhance our division’s excellence. However, I observed immense potential within our division throughout the year. Despite the many commitments we had, we always supported one another, making it all work. Moreover, the joy we experienced while being together was unparalleled. Congratulations to everyone involved! Together, we have achieved remarkable success.
