Dear Club Officer,
If your club has not submitted dues already, please be aware that membership dues payments for the April 2023 – September 2023 renewal period are now being accepted. If your club is striving for on-time credit in the Distinguished Club Program, please submit all payments on or before April 1. As an additional reminder, the minimum requirement for a club to remain in good standing is eight members—at least three of whom must be renewing members from the previous membership period.
To pay online:

- Log in to Club Central (found under My Home, Leadership Central)
- Select “Submit Payment”
- Choose the members you wish to pay for by adding them to your cart
- Enter credit card information
- Follow the prompts to process your payment

Please note: We advise allowing for additional delivery time due to global mailing restrictions and delays.
We look forward to offering all members a Self-Pay feature for dues payments soon. In the meantime, non-club officers will need your help submitting their member renewal payments via one of the methods above. If a member wishes to submit their international dues directly to World Headquarters via phone, please provide written authorization to renewals@toastmasters.org.
Membership dues for the October 2023 – March 2024 renewal period will automatically be available to pay online beginning April 1. Dues for this future period cannot be paid prior to this date. For more information, please visit the Renewal Dues FAQ or email renewals@toastmasters.org.
