Dear Club Officer,
We’re excited to announce that the long-anticipated member Self-Pay functionality is almost ready to launch! This new feature will enable members to submit international dues payments on their own behalf online. In addition to reducing the administrative workload on you and your fellow club officers, we anticipate that making it easier for members to submit their dues payments will help your club reach growth and retention goals.
In the coming days, you will receive an email detailing how to enable Self-Pay for your club. If you enable Self-Pay, your members will receive an email explaining how to access the feature and pay their dues through My Home.
You don’t have to wait to get the process going, though! We recommend that you discuss this opportunity with your club members and hold a vote to enable Self-Pay. This will ensure you’re ready to enable the feature as soon as it’s ready.
We’ll be in touch soon when Self-Pay is ready for your members’ renewal payments.
