After 40+ years of flying and an estimated 20,000+ flights delivering 2 million passengers safely to their destinations, Captain Brad Bartholomew knows how to solve problems under pressure. He speaks about his experiences and training.
Pilots call these skills Situational Awareness, while many others call these same skills critical thinking. Brad focuses directly on the awkward internal group dynamics of navigating stressful situations—which we all face at home, at work, and now in our communities.
Brad does not shy away from the difficult side of reality but embraces it. The only acceptable destination of all life’s stressful moments is another Safe Landings – which is the title of his book.
Your audiences will appreciate his authentic, encouraging, and helpful message.
Brad joined flying while at Duke University via Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. Bartholomew has worked as a Registered Investment Advisor and wrote the Newfoundland Group newsletter for the aviation investment community. From living in Pakistan in his youth to working for a great American company as a pilot and union member, Bartholomew experienced the world from a unique vantage point.
